Yes, completely free and without obligation. It lasts 30–45 minutes by phone, WhatsApp video call, or in person in Málaga. The goal is to understand your situation, assess eligibility and outline the best legal pathway so you can decide with full information.
Yes. Most Spanish immigration and administrative procedures can be handled entirely online via the official electronic registry. I work with clients across all of Spain and with international clients who haven't arrived yet. Physical presence is only required for specific steps like TIE fingerprinting.
Typically noticeably lower, because my model is lean: you work directly with the licensed professional handling your case, not with a junior or a paralegal. Senior-level expertise without paying for office overhead.
A gestor administrativo colegiado is a licensed professional with state-recognized credentials to represent clients before Spanish public administrations. For most immigration, tax, vehicle and corporate filings a gestor is the right choice — usually faster and more affordable than a lawyer. For litigation you would need an abogado.
Yes. Depending on your situation there are pathways such as arraigo (social, labour or family ties) and other regularization options. These require specific documentation and timing, so I recommend a consultation as early as possible.
Yes, this is one of my specialties. International succession involves Spanish inheritance law, EU succession regulations and the laws of the deceased's country. I coordinate with professionals in other jurisdictions where needed and handle Spanish filings, taxes and property transfer end-to-end.
